Mark, Adam, Dave, and Jim,
“Thanks so much for accommodating us and giving us a tour today.  The students were really interested and enjoyed the tour.  On the bus ride back to school, they all talked about how Suburban Steel seemed like an awesome company with a great culture.  I’d say this is a real testament to the company you’ve built if a group of high schoolers come away impressed after an hour trip.  I wouldn’t be surprised if you are contacted in the very near future by a few students interested in joining your team.”
Thanks again for sharing your time,

Hello Mark,

“I am compelled to write today because it is the right thing to do. All too often in our industry and in our business we are so quick to complain and never show any appreciation. I simply cannot do it. I asked Suburban to assist with some railings we needed about a week ago. Rich was on top of it from the beginning making sure I did not release and order anything more or less than what I needed for railings. You made certain they were placed quickly into design and fabrication. Today Mike Woods is out in bitter cold installing them. I sent Mike Woods a text letting him know how much it means to me knowing he is the one out there installing these railings on my Project today. He responded by sending me photos of the work and thanking me.  I’m appreciative to have such a relationship with Suburban Steel. The associates within your Company exceed expectations consistently delivering the highest quality and craftsmanship in everything I have ever asked to have created, fabricated, and installed. And please know this last little order is not a “once and done” event. This level of service has been sustained for over three (3) decades on my projects. Unbelievable!  It sets you, your associates, and Suburban Steel far beyond everyone else and it keeps me coming back time after time.”

All the very best!

“Kyle, and please forward to Mark, the railing is spectacular.  I’m so glad we didn’t use the old antique. It would not have looked right. Your installers were amazing too – I can’t say enough how nice and professional they were. I really appreciate you sending the extra pieces out for the interior fireplace to make it work better. Please feel free to use me as a reference or pics of my railing, wine gate, interior rails or fireplace installation for your marketing. I may be in touch if I decide to do the English garden somewhere.”

Thanks so much!

“I would just like to personally say thanks to your crew for a recently completed job with us. After Darrin, our crane operator and Vice President met with Rich at Callahan’s Grill on Park St downtown he expressed concern to me on the difficulty in completing this job for Suburban. After a long day of working in the blind, very close to power lines and tight crane set up quarters, he was very happy to tell me how well your crew handled the situation. He said with all the obstacles they faced and not to mention a tornado warning in the afternoon the job was completed safely and efficiently. The attention to all details from starting from the initial job visit with Rich to the completion of the job with Mike, Tim, Adrian, and Chase is just a few of the reasons we really enjoy working with your company. We hope to continue working with you in the future providing the best crane rental service available to you.”

Thank you.

“I just wanted to let you know how delighted I am with the repair done yesterday on our railing. Even knowing where the problems were, I can hardly detect the repair. I did not make a close inspection because of the fresh paint at the time of the repair. Please pass along my appreciation.”

“Thank you. Your guys are swift and professional. Things look great.”

“The Harlamert project looks outstanding! Your guys really did a great job. Thanks again and I look forward to working with you and your company in the future!”
